July 16, 2012
Here are today’s interest rates from our preferred lender Wells Fargo.  We all know that buying and selling real estate is big part of our country’s economy and interest rates are the driving force of real estate supply and demand.

Low interest rates fuels the real estate market, such interest rates motivate buyers to purchase real estate and the more buyers in the market the better it is for property values, city revenues and the construction/service industry.  Consumers that are aware of current interest rates can use such knowledge as leverage when negotiating their loans.
